THE SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE PLANNING DESIGNING , FINANCING, DEVELOPMENT AND SUBSEQUENT OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHARGING STATION AND ALLIED FACILITIES CREATED DURING THE CONCESSION PERIOD.
